Decisons, Decisions…

Posted in Uncategorized with tags , , , , , , on May 14, 2015 by Jay Isip

This was my life altering decision:
In 2001, after repeating senior year, I finally graduated
high school. While I wasn’t sure what I wanted to
do, I knew that several more years of schooling wasn’t my
priority. However, my parents forced me to attend community
college. My father proudly drove me to fill out
the application, as he believed this was the beginning of
a bright future for me. I sluggishly sharpened my No. 2
pencil and slowly began to fill the circle next to “Asian.”
Minutes later, after completing the application with absolute
disgust, fear, and anxiety, I begrudgingly slid it
under the plexiglass window towards the female attendant
who seemingly hated her job. She then proceeded
to muffle through the intercom “That’ll be fifty-five dollars.
Cash, check, or credit?” She snapped her bubble gum
multiple times. I slowly handed her my check filled out
in the blood from my fingertips and watched her take my
soul with nine-inch nails that were more decorated than
a Christmas tree.

A month later, I received a notification letter with
the return address “666 Lucifer Blvd.” My final payment
with the devil was scheduled on Monday November 4th
at 8:30 a.m., the date of my placement exam. With overwhelming
joy and a smile stretching ear to ear, my mother
proudly took the letter and hung it on the refrigerator for
all to see. To celebrate this proud “decision” of my attending
college, my parents promised me (in their best Bob
Barker voice) a BRAND NEW CAR!
That fateful Monday morning, November 4th, finally
arrived. I tensely walked into the classroom with eyes
wider than a porcelain doll and looked at the “teacher”
tasked with officiating the test. At 8:30 a.m. sharp I began
filling out the top portion of the test. My body was
in complete discomfort and my nerves trembled enough
to sound off the car alarms in the parking lot. Just after
writing in my name, I stared at the drop ceiling and found
myself enveloped in a daydream about what life would be
like if I went through this experience. I saw myself constantly
taking tests, studying pointless information, and
sharing unoriginal ideas with other students. All I could
visualize was a life that was being created, controlled, and
manipulated by someone else. I snapped out of this Freddy
Krueger-esque nightmare only to realize I was sweating
and panting like a fat kid in gym class. I immediately
stood up, authoritatively stomped to the front of the
room and handed in my test to the Bride of Chucky (the
teacher). She immediately asked me, “Are you sure you
are finished?” I confidently responded, “Yes. I am sure.”
As this woman stared at the blank test sheets in front of
her, she peered back at me and replied, “You know this is
your future, right?” With a confident smile (and a giggle)
I responded, “Naaahh, this is your future!” I pointed my
finger around the classroom and at her face. The entire
classroom erupted in laughter, cheered, and applauded
as I exited the room (at least that is how I remember it.)
Monday, November 4th at 8:33 a.m. I made the intuitive,
fearless, confident, and positive decision that changed my
life for the better and forever. I chose to create my own

So what is your dream? What is holding you back
from living an extraordinary life? What is keeping that
amazing person locked inside? What is it after all, that
you really want?

31QGO1q8wuL__UX250_  This review is from: 10 Stacks To Success: How to Achieve Success One Goal at a Time (Kindle Edition)
The valuable information in 10 Stacks to Success by Jerome J Isip, will give you the determination and drive to succeed in goals you may have been unsuccessful with, in the past..
My favorite part of the book was the personal activities, they were very helpful in pumping me up to want to strive for a better future, a better me. The book is hilarious at times, and with his humor he pulls at your heart strings almost challenging you to succeed. “Play your favorite song and shake what your mama gave ya!” His step by step explanation on how to succeed, how to get personally fit and how to just plain be a better you, is insightful. The book was like a breath of fresh air.
“Gratitude, positive affirmations, quitting being a little bitch, love and forgiveness.” That pretty much sums it up!

Book Release – “10 Stacks To Success” – A Jay Isip Story…

Posted in Uncategorized with tags , , , , , , , , , , , on November 17, 2014 by Jay Isip

Hey Everyone,REVIEW_flyer

As some of you may know, I am releasing a book on November 18, 2014, titled, “10 Stacks to Success: How to Achieve Success One Goal at a Time.” This is a great moment for me and probably the biggest accomplishment of my life thus far. I would like to share with you a little about myself and why I wrote this book…

Get my book here:

Barnes & Noble:

My Experience

I have been through hell and back and I’m sure we have all done the same in our own ways. I understand the feeling to be lost, depressed, and confused with life. At one time or another, we have all been sucked into the “Black Hole” and have had no idea how to get out. So, after some odd years, I decided I wanted to escape my “Black Hole”, search for help, and change my life around. Long story sort, I did. I was a complete fuck up, fell into deep alcoholic depression, suicidal tendencies, financial debt, but, most importantly, I was lost with myself – It was do or die.

After I changed my life around, I have witnessed nothing but great experiences and have finally found my purpose in life and created my own success, happiness, and wealth. In my book, I share with everyone the attributes that are needed to develop your own personal success. We all have something we want in life that we have yet to experience. We all have dreams in life that we have yet to live. We all have something that tears our stomach in pieces with a single thought. We all have something we wish to achieve. It is because of this that I wanted to share with the world what has helped me become who I am today. I want everyone to realize that we are all amazing human beings inside and can live life in pure happiness. I want everyone to have the opportunity to find out who they truly are and enhance that special person they are inside. We can all become the person we have always dreamed of.

Why I wrote a book

This book was a big goal of mine. I loved every minute of writing and found out more about myself then before. Every single word was written with blood, sweat, and tears. Every single word was written with pure passion, love, and respect. This was one of the most intense projects I have ever accomplished and enjoyed every second of it. My hope is that everyone can enjoy this book and walk away with a new outlook in life because when I die, I hope to be remembered for my knowledge. I hope that my knowledge will make a mark in a positive form to help create a difference in our world. To help change person after person for the greater good. It is my long-term mission to continue writing until the day I die to be able to leave the world a positive message, to leave the world more aware of their purpose, and to leave the world a happier place.

The main problem in the world is people are always searching for answers and searching for something to make them happy, otherwise known, as “IT”. Our problem is that we can never find “IT” and the more we search for answers, the more questions arise. We need to stop searching for “IT” because “IT” is actually YOU. You are “IT”.  It is time to face yourself and begin the journey to find who your truly are.

What a dream come true, I had a copy of my first book “10 Stacks To Success” delivered to me while I was away in Florida…

In 1998, I knew nothing about cutting hair, but that didn’t stop me from opening a Barber Shop. In 2000, I knew nothing about MMA but that didn’t stop me from going PRO. In 2008, I knew nothing about the stock market, but that didn’t stop me from running an Investor Relations firm. I stayed back in high school, dropped out of college the 1st day but that hasn’t stopped me from furthering my education. In 1996, was the last time I got an “C” in English Class and only got “F’s” ever since, but that didn’t stop me from writing and publishing a book. You see, we are capable of doing anything we put our our focus towards. Dreams do come true people, you just have to beleive in yourself…

Holy shit, I wrote a book and it was written with blood, sweat, tears, and passion. I couldn’t ask for a better day….

A Nightmare on Front Street – Jay Isip

A Nightmare on Front Street

Have you ever had a dream where you got into a fistfight, but your punch was as strong as a wet napkin? Have you ever had a dream where you were being chased, but it felt as if your feet were stuck in quicksand? Have you ever had a dream where you were falling from high above and instantaneously woke up in heavy pant like a fat kid in dodgeball? Yes, those dreams where, at every situation, we feel completely paralyzed, helpless, and all we could do is fear and try to run away from the nightmare. Those dreams that felt so real where upon awakening, you questioned for 17 seconds if the dream actually took place. You then come to the realization that it was only a dream and you are safe and sound. Are you really safe though? Do you really feel secure because you are back to the “norm”? On the contrary, this is just another act of running away from your fears, playing it safe, and staying in your comfort zone. The truth is, the nightmares we “experience” are actually simulations of the situation we fear the most. The situation we cannot seem to defeat so we decide it is easier to bail like a cockroach in the light. The situation that makes us fall back into monotony. What is that situation? The fear of facing yourself.

We must realize that there is no such thing as an “illusion” (unless you are tripping on acid) until we decide it is. There is no such thing as “it’s only a dream” until we decide it is. There is no such thing as a “reality” until we decide it is! We must realize and understand that these are only words that describe a specific thought, feeling, or thing that actually manifests into the physical world. There is always a choice for everything we must do, come across, or even think about. It is up to us to decide in which direction we wish to go. The majority of us often like to make excuses of why they cannot do a certain something. “I can’t because I’m not made for that…”, “I can’t because it’s raining out…”, “I can’t because I’m not ready.” You can’t because YOU ARE A PANSY! Yes, you are a pansy and you are chickening out. It does not matter how you finish the sentence because the cause and excuse of it all is you. You are what is standing in your way. The minute we state the words, “ I can’t”, we have subconsciously already made our decision. The sad part of it is: We have no idea we are actually killing ourselves. We have absolutely no idea of how scared we truly are to reach our higher limits or that we are living our nightmares even when we are wake. In addition, we are just not aware of how our body works. So how do we compensate? We accept. We accept and try not to look back. Wrong. We need to become aware of it all. How do we become aware? How do we realize the things we subconsciously do? Like so:

Try to understand that the brain does not know the difference between a thought, dream, and physical reality. Why else would we wake up in frenzy and question if the dream we just experienced was actually real? All that the brain pictures, visualizes, or imagines is what our brain develops and moves forward into a feeling that will then activate our emotion. Once the emotion sensory is activated through our physical body, we then become conscious of the thought. Do we accept, decline, or ignore the thought? Most of our subconscious thoughts, dreams, and actions are the real reasons why we are being held back from accomplishing the things we wish to do. So, in order to become aware of it all, we have to accept the powerful process of our brain. Accept and understand that a single thought can change our entire subconscious world as well as the physical world. Everything begins with a thought, so, are you willing to start thinking? The world is in the palm of your hands, can you make the difference?

Let’s begin to defeat ourselves by becoming aware of our daily process. When we wake up, are we starting our day with positive or negative thoughts? When we hop in the shower, are we dwelling on the past or visualizing the future? When we get inside our cars, are we even thinking at all or are we zombies to our subconscious? In order to understand how our mind works, we have to transform our thoughts in each segment of our lives. With each step we take, we must unify our thoughts with the proper physical actions. With each physical action, we must unify the actions with the proper attitude of affirmation, happiness, and love. It is these attributes that wil help us manifest the world we previously dreamt of. It is time to detach yourself from your attachments and learn to love yourself and the universe. Trust yourself and believe in the world you live in. Begin each day by thinking of what makes you smile. Choose to defeat yourself by using positivity and retreating from negativity. Choose to beat yourself today with happiness and your “nightmares” will cease to exist… until the next one appears.

Reconstruct the Foundation for a New You….

Posted in Uncategorized with tags , , , , , , on November 2, 2014 by Jay Isip

Could we hand anyone a pair of scissors and expect to receive a professional and great haircut? Could we hand anyone a wrench and expect them to fix a car? Could we throw someone in a surgery room and expect them to perform a heart transplant? The answer is no. Why? Because not everyone has the proper foundation or basics needed to perform the task.

foundation Reconstruct the Foundation for a New You….

If we want to self-improve, do we honestly think we will achieve our goal if we do not change our actions? Can we truly expect to receive new reactions if we continue with the same actions as before; how did they work out for us before? In order to create self-improvement, we need to start from scratch and build a new us. Building a new form of thinking, a new perspective, a new set of actions, and a new way of life in general will be the only way we can truly achieve our personal success. Let’s go back to the basics and build upon them. Think about the simple lessons and tasks you learned as kid and ask yourself if you are still applying them today and if so, what is it teaching you and how is it bettering your life? For example, is making your bed really a waste of time? “Well I’m the only one who sleeps on it so what does it matter if I make it or not?” While yes that sounds reasonable, but there is more than that. Making your bed, as silly as a task as it may sound, is not just an accomplished task, but it is a tool that sets off organization. By making our bed, we have jump-started our positive day with an accomplished task and give our body the motivation to want to accomplish more tasks throughout the day. By making our bed, we have provided our lives with a little more organization where we will begin to visually appreciate how well things look when they are organized; is it not a better feeling to get home to a well-made bed and not one with the Snickers wrappers and socks laying between the sheets? How about saying please and thank you and being polite to everyone around you, regardless if you receive politeness back. A small please and thank you and a smile can go a long way because it could open up the door to achieving what you seek. You never know, your smile and polite attitude could also brighten someone’s day and start a domino effect of positivity.

While accomplishing tasks, creating organization, changing our mindset and attitude are all internal changes, we must also keep in mind that we need a physical exterior to match. We cannot expect to be successful if our body does not have the proper fuel to fulfill the energy we need. Now while I also happen to enjoy the casual, once in a blue moon double cheeseburger with all the trimmings with large fries from a drive-thru, will that meal really keep our bodies healthy if we eat it three times a week? Probably not. I am not saying to go out and become a vegetarian and eat like a bunny, but try to incorporate some healthy meals into your routine so your body can produce the energy you need. Try waking up a little earlier to make your lunch for work or trading in that greasy, bacon, egg, and cheese for a cup of fresh fruit. Eating healthy also requires one to get into good physical shape as well. I am not saying to go out and become a body-builder but if you become tired, breathe a little heavy, and need a little time-out just from carrying groceries from out of the car, then that is your body telling you that you need to work out a little. Go for a walk, take yoga, go for a swim, or even do 10 pushups every morning, just do something to get your body feeling better. Eventually, you will realize just how much energy you will have and how much better you will feel with a few small changes to your diet.

Foundation is key to our success. If we reconstruct our mind and body, we can become unstoppable. Food for thought (da dum ching!)

How to Become Amazing…

Posted in Uncategorized with tags , , , , , , , , on November 1, 2014 by Jay Isip

Based on True Events:

Person: Hey Jay!! You going to that huge “Rave” this weekend? DJ Aoki is spinning!

Me: Naaa man, I have things to get done tomorrow early and want a good night sleep. I have to go running, train, and finish some new projects for my business…

Person: Seriously?! You need to loosen up and live a little once in a while!! Come have a drink with me at least…

Me: No thank you… And I am living by the way and i feel like my life is amazing but, we could hang out another time…

Person: Jeez Jay, you’re an asshole; everyone’s going to be there. It’s gonna be sick!

Me: Naaa, I ain’t going….

Person: Dam YOU SUCK! You never like to have fun!

Me: Ok sure pal… Have FUN at your J.O.B. on Monday. I’ll be on the beach…

The fun nights out at the bar with all your “friends”. The fun family parties where everyone enjoys food, drinks, and dancing. The fun trips to Cancun everyone plans during spring break. The fun bachelor parties to Vegas. The celebrations of newlyweds. The girlfriend that loves to spend time with you. The 3am Disco Fries at the Diner or late night Dollar Menu runs at McDonalds. The soothing warmth of Vodka sliding down your throat like a waterfall in the dessert. The relaxing inhale of “Mary Jane” fumes venting through your lungs like central air in the summer. To become amazing, the “fun” times are gone…

Oh all the fun you will miss, to touch the amazing things you can reach…

“Entrepreneurism: To live some of your life how most people won’t. So you could live the rest of your life how most people can’t…”

This concept is easy for people to grasp, yet they seem to never understand. In order to be amazing, do amazing things, or have an amazing moment; we must sacrifice the “fun”. The “fun” times are only temporary and usually not productive moments. The “fun” times that are memorable, are usually not remembered. The “fun” times that we have with others, are not usually for ourselves. The “fun” times we sedate ourselves are usually times we have no recollection of. The “fun” times at outings where the place is packed, are usually times that have no impact. The fun times are only fun, and not amazing.

If we wish to be amazing we have to learn to say NO to almost everything, anyone, and yourself. The temptation of living in gluttony is a place we could get easily sucked into. The life of gluttony as I like to call it, “The Black Hole” is the most dangerous lifestyle of all. 99.9% of the world lives in glutton and they have zero idea. Zero idea because it’s what “everyone else” is doing. Just because others live their life in a certain way, people see that life style as acceptable. So they follow, and so on and so forth. The domino effect ripples through our souls like a sound wave and travels at light speed. And before our very own eyes, we are staring into still ceiling fan but yet, the room spinning faster than The Gravitron (carnival ride). We have no idea how we got here, no recollection of what has occurred, and more lost than a dog in the cemetery trying to dig up his bone. We finally come back to our “senses” and all we seek is the next time we’re going to have “fun”. And that’s all we work towards. Everything we do in life is geared towards the “fun” times we wish to relive. We’re chasing the Dragon, but since “everyone” is doing it, it’s OK. We have all become robots, zombies, and brainwashed to the lifestyle the world had put in our faces. But remember its OK to live aimlessly, in monotony, and in gluttony. Also remember, we don’t have to be everyone else. We could be ourselves. We could be amazing… OK?

To become ourselves we have to live life within ourselves. F#$k you cousins birthday party, I’m sure there will be more. F#$K DJ Aoki, his music sucks anyway, and so do his fans. F#$K your girlfriends, best friends, 3rd cousins engagement party, that’s a waste of fucking time. “But you have to go! She’s my friend!” Exactly, your friend, not mine. F$%K your childhood acquaintance that just died and everyone is going to “show their respects”. The Mother F$%&ER is dead for crying out loud, no one gives a sh!t if you go or not. The persons dead, and now you want to show your respect? Get the f#$k outta here! I’m pretty sure the person in the casket will understand if you don’t attend. (Okay, enough ranting before I smash my laptop =) ) You catch my drift? There are many things in life that we are so used to attending because “it’s the right thing to do” guilt trip is placed. I’m sure there are tons of things that we wish not to attend, but never have the balls to say no. All in all, if you feel like you should, then you shouldn’t

When you have that feeling of doing something for someone else, sometimes we have to say no. We have to stay focused on what WE WANT to do in our lives. What is important to our lives, what we feel like doing, and more importantly the things we do in order to enhance ourselves. Time is precious, we have to find ourselves and spend time wisely with ourselves. When time spent alone in the dark, in the light, in the mist; that is when we truly find ourselves, our needs, our wants, and most importantly our purpose. The times we spend alone in our thoughts with no distractions is when we find our purpose to succeed. And in order to peruse with our purpose to succeed, we must sacrifice. Sacrifice extended time to become amazing…

When we seek our personal success we have to understand that we will be sacrificing a huge part of our lives, and others that are involved. You will lose friends, girlfriends/boyfriends, family members, and connections with the outside world. But the further you disconnect from the planet, you become more connected with yourself. The people, things, and moments that stick around during the process and there to support you through thick and thin, are included with “yourself”. When you find your true-self being, you find your true friends, family, and placements in your life. They are the ones who understand that you have to sacrifice certain parts of your life in order to reach your personal success. These are the amazing people you need to be surrounding by…

This task ain’t no walk in the park people. It’s takes a ton of will power and determination to find yourself, achieve the success you seek, and to become amazing…

So today let’s be ourselves by telling people to go F#$K themselves. Now that’s amazing!
